QUESTIONS : PAINTBALL
This section will briefly cover
myths, misconceptions and facts about the sport of
paintball. Newer players may find this information
very useful to get prepared for the day of play.
Please feel free to read this section, it may make you
feel a little more confident and a little wiser.
Question #1: Do Paintballs
Hurt?
Answer: Normally
the paintball will break upon impact, causing very
little pain that lasts for no more than a minute. It
is a part of the game, and isn't something to fear.
Paintball "welts" are normal after a day of play.
Question #2: Does the paint
stain clothing?
Answer: Paintballs are
made of gelatine and synthetic oils, the paintballs
Gladiator's use don't stain clothing and come out in
the wash with little effort. Most paint is water
soluble.
Question #3: Is paintball
safe?
Answer: Paintball is one
of the safest sports around. Safety is a number one
priority when playing and all the rules will be
explained on your game day. Any player unable to
follow safety rules will get ejected from the playing
games. The safety rules must be followed to keep the
sport safe for all the players and are enforced by a
referee present during all games played.

safety rules are as
follows:
1) Mask must be worn at all times in
the "Playing Areas".
2) All players must obey the
referees calls and decisions.
3) Your gun or your hand must be
held above your head when exiting the "Playing Area".
4) No point blank firing. (Ten Foot
Mercy Rule)
5) No player is allowed to pick up *ANY*
paintballs up from the ground.
6|) Barrel covers are required in
the "Safe Areas".
7) No swearing, No attitudes.
8) You must be looking where you
shoot every paintball (No "Blind Firing").
9) No shooting in "Safe Areas".
